Welcome to Park Avenue Guesthouse 2443!

The Park Avenue Guesthouse 2443, formerly known as the Trinidad household, was first built in the 1920s. Originally located in Malate, Manila, it was owned by one of the first Filipino Bureau of Internal Revenue collectors, Mr. Wenceslao Trinidad, before the outbreak of World War II. Eventually, the Trinidad house was disassembled and relocated to its current site in Pasay City. The house was meticulously rebuilt piece by piece and is considered a historical treasure within this compound, making it one of the oldest surviving houses in Manila.

In 2015, the Trinidad house was sold by its previous owners and has since undergone restoration to bring back its traditional charm. It was designed as a peaceful retreat for guests seeking a tranquil neighborhood setting. Located just 6.6 kilometers from the airport and situated at the heart of Metro Manila, Park Avenue Guesthouse offers easy access to nearby must-see destinations and the city’s vibrant lifestyle hubs.

Now, Park Avenue Guesthouse is transforming into a co-living space, providing a unique blend of history, comfort, and community living. This exciting transition aims to offer a shared living experience for individuals who appreciate a cozy, well-connected environment with modern amenities—all while enjoying the charm of a historical house. Whether you're a student, a digital nomad, or a professional, our co-living space is designed to meet your needs and create a sense of home.
